How to redeem
Please take note of the new entry process for multi-park tickets will be implemented from 20th January 2026 to improve guest experience and strengthen fraud prevention measures.
The new process will allow guests to simply scan their face at the turnstile and enter the parks.

Complete your personal details & Accept terms & Conditions
Capture your face & upload your photo
Each guest must have an individual park ticket and complete their own registration
It is recommended that this process is completed at the point of sale or at least one day before their visit when guests have access to internet / Wi-Fi
Guests who do not register in advance may experience delays at the entrance
Guests who wish to opt out of using the biometric check can do so by visiting our guest services and showing an official government ID (full details of this process can be found on our park website)
