• The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location around 20:00 the day before. Please be sure to arrive on time to avoid delaying the itinerary of other guests. We will depart punctually and will not wait for latecomers. Guests who do not arrive on time due to their own reasons will bear the full cost of any losses incurred.
• All times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only and are subject to actual conditions on the day of the tour. Please be aware and understand that the itinerary is subject to change and adjustment due to factors such as weather, road conditions, holidays, arrival and departure times, queuing and control at scenic spots, tourist-related issues, and force majeure.
• During peak seasons or holidays such as National Day, dining at the Oriental Pearl Tower operates on a time-slot basis. There is a limited number of people allowed per time slot for groups. We will arrange dining times accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with the tour guide's arrangements. Please note that no refunds will be provided if some attractions cannot be visited due to long queue times.
• Please be aware that if a visit to the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium is not possible, our tour guide will refund you 30 RMB.
• If the Oriental Pearl Coca-Cola Buffet is fully booked for groups during peak season, it will be adjusted to: Shanghai Romance Show.
• If a traveler voluntarily leaves the group or changes their itinerary mid-tour for personal reasons, it will be regarded as a waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the traveler will be responsible for any other costs and safety issues that arise as a result.
• The travel agency does not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting on their own. Tourists must ensure they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any health conditions. For guests arriving on the same flight/train or adjacent flights/trains, we will arrange the same vehicle. There may be a waiting period for the pick-up, but it will not exceed 2 hours.
• If you arrive at the hotel before 14:00 and no clean rooms are available, we suggest you store your luggage at the hotel first and then arrange your own free activities. You can visit the following attractions: [Tianzifang], [Shanghai Science and Technology Museum], [Disney Town].
• To ensure a pleasant end to your trip, we provide complimentary airport/train station transfer services. If your flight or train departure is too early, please arrange your own return transportation accordingly. We recommend return travel times after 15:00 for Hongqiao Airport or Railway Station, and after 16:00 for Pudong Airport. During statutory holidays, we recommend delaying your return travel by 1 hour compared to weekdays. Complimentary transfer locations are limited to: Shanghai Railway Station, Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, and Pudong Airport only. Transfers to other locations are not available at this time (transportation will be provided via shuttle bus or private car). If your flight or train departure is earlier than our recommended time, please arrange your own return transportation. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is a free attraction and no refunds will be provided. If your flight or train departure is later, you may choose to enjoy free time and travel to the airport or railway station at your own expense.
