• Business owner: Business license (GPKD), tax receipts/declarations for the last 3 months, company bank statements.
• Employee: Labor contract (LC), salary statement, leave application, Social Insurance (SI) if applicable.
• Student: School confirmation letter, leave application form.
• Retiree: Retirement decision, pension statement.
• 3. FINANCIAL PROFILE:
• Deposits: Confirm savings passbook or bank account balance.
• Other assets: Documents of house and land ownership, cars, shares, stocks...

EUROPEAN BUSINESS VISA APPLICATION

• 1. PERSONAL PROFILE:
• Passport: Original + old passport (if any).
• Passport photos: 02 photos measuring 3.5 x 4.5 with a white background.
• Residency: Confirm residency information.
• Marital status: Marriage or divorce certificate.
• 2. COMPANY PROFILE (In Vietnam):
• Business registration certificate.
• Tax declaration, payment slip to the state budget.
• Company account statement.
• 3. JOB PROFILE (Of the departing person):
• Business owner: Business registration certificate, tax receipts, company bank statements.
• Employee: Labor contract, salary statement, decision to send on business trip, social insurance (if any).
• 4. INVITATION UNIT PROFILE (In Europe):
• Named invitation.
• Proof of relationship between the two parties (Contract, invoice, customs declaration, transaction email...).

• Retiree: Retirement decision, pension statement
• 3. FINANCIAL PROFILE:
• Confirm savings passbook/account balance
• Asset documents (real estate, vehicles, shares, stocks...)
• 4. INVITER'S PROFILE:
• Invitation letter + inviter's passport
• Inviter's employment and financial documents (if any)
• Proof of relationship (birth certificate/marriage certificate/joint photos...)
