• The bus tours are stroller- and wheelchair-accessible. However, please take note that Edinburgh Castle and Palace of Holyrood House have partial access for wheelchair and stroller users as their ground includes a variety of surfaces that can be uneven, steep, or have stairs

• Please note the last entry slot to the Edinburgh Castle is 14:30, but if you exchange your voucher late in the day, you can choose a slot for the next day, as it is a 48-hour ticket

• The voucher is valid for 180 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

How to redeem

• Present your mobile voucher

• Your voucher will only be valid for 6 months from your booking confirmation date

• Your ticket will only be valid for 48 hours after you activate it by onboarding any of the buses or visiting any attractions

• Enter the venue directly with your voucher

• The Klook voucher cannot be redeemed at the Edinburgh Castle; it must be redeemed with Edinburgh Bus Tours
