There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

All participants visiting Dream Works Water Park must have a wristband to enter, or valid entry stamp. Wristbands and stamps may not be shared, transferred or resold

All participants must shower before entering the pool

Guests must wash their hands using soap after using the restroom and changing diapers for cleanliness

All children must be wearing swimming diapers. Complimentary child swim diapers are provided at Guest Services

Proper swim attire is required (One or two-piece swimsuit). Swim attire with metal buttons, buckles, rivets, zippers, or sharp objects are not permitted

Diving masks, snorkels, water wings, outside inflatables, mermaid tails, and finsare not permitted

Only US Coast Guard-approved lifejackets and PFDs are permitted in designated pools

Recommended maximum time in a hot tub is 10 minutes

Recording devices such as cell phones, and GoPro cameras are not permitted on waterslides or attractions, inside pools, or within any changing facility

Loose articles including purses, jewelry, rings, necklaces, lanyards and recording devices such as phones, GoPro and cameras are not permitted on waterslides or attractions. Eyeglasses must be secured with a strap

Pregnant women, as well as participants who have had recent surgery, have heart conditions, epilepsy, abnormal blood pressure, physical problems, motion sickness, fear of enclosed spaces, and sensitivity to loud sounds, are not recommended to go on rides

Participants showing signs of any skin disease, sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharges, or any other communicable disease shall be denied admission

Any participants with excessive sunburn, open blisters, cuts, or bandages shall be denied admission

Pregnant women, participants older than 65 years old, as well as participants with medical conditions requiring ongoing care of a physician, including heart disease, hypertension, seizures, diabetes, and obesity should consult a physician prior to using the hot tubs

Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
