• Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts for check-in. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and refunds are not available for latecomers or no-shows

• If access is restricted due to private events inside Doge's Palace, the operator cannot be held responsible. This situation is beyond their control, and no refunds will be issued
