• Each location in the designated viewing area provides a unique viewing experience of “Pixar Pals Spectacular” and “Momentous”. Guests’ viewing experience and visual effects of the drone show may vary depending on your viewing location. Designated Viewing Area is available on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early to secure the best viewing location
• Guest is required to redeem his/her "Pixar Pals Spectacular” & “Momentous” nighttime spectacular wristband by presenting his/her Redemption Ticket in printed copy or in electronic copy on his/her personal mobile device at the entrance of Explorer’s Club Restaurant
• Guest is required to wear the wristband and arrive the reserved viewing area 30 minutes before the time of the show

If "Pixar Pals Spectacular" show is cancelled:

• No compensation, exchange and/or refund will be provided in the event that the “Pixar Pals Spectacular” Show is canceled, suspended, rescheduled and/or modified for any reason

If "Momentous” nighttime spectacular is cancelled:

• If Guest is unable to enjoy the show due to cancellation, Guest may enjoy a HKD 120 discount on any merchandise purchase at any merchandise store in the Park on the same day subject to the following conditions:
• (i) To use the discount, Guest must present his/her wristband in person at the time of merchandise purchase
• (ii) The wristband may be used once only and will be collected upon usage
• (iii) The wristband and the discount are only valid for use on the same day of the cancelled show. Wristband and discount not used on the same day of the cancelled show will be void without exchange, refund or compensation

• The redemption ticket is only valid for use during the specified Dining Session on the validity date specified on the redemption ticket. Redemption tickets not used during the validity period and in accordance with these terms and conditions will be void without exchange, refund or compensation

• The Redemption Ticket does not include admission to the Park. To redeem the items in the Park, all guests are required to make reservation with valid tickets or membership cards before visiting the Park. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full
