• Children aged 0-2 are free of charge and do not occupy a seat, but participation is not recommended. If you wish to participate, please notify us by email in advance. If you do not notify us in advance and there are insufficient seats, the driver has the right to refuse boarding. Thank you for your cooperation. If children under 2 need a seat, please purchase a ticket; the fare is the same as the adult fare and a remark must be made. For children over 2, the fare is the same as the adult fare. In addition, seniors aged 65 and above (inclusive) must ensure they are in good health and fit for travel, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.
• 2. Passengers with the following conditions or others unsuited for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this project: hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnancy. If the condition is concealed during registration, the consequences must be borne by oneself.
• 3. This itinerary is a fixed route for carpooling. Customers participating in this itinerary must strictly adhere to the stay duration at each attraction and follow the arrangements of the driver-guide. If you do not arrive on time, the tour guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you must proceed to the next attraction on your own to meet up.
• 4. No refunds will be issued for anyone who fails to participate or interrupts the tour due to personal reasons, lateness, etc. Please be advised. If you leave the tour group voluntarily during the trip, no fees will be refunded. Any personal or property safety issues resulting from this will be at your own risk.
• 5. If you need to bring large luggage, please inform us when making the reservation. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you. You will be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are allowed, but eating inside the bus is prohibited. Please note that if any stains are caused inside the vehicle, compensation will be required according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
• 6. Depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd levels on the day, arrival times for each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly. According to Japanese regulations, the vehicle usage duration must not exceed 10 hours. In the event of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure factors, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or shortened (including reducing sightseeing time or dropping attractions), and your understanding is appreciated. Refunds or negative reviews will not be accepted on these grounds.
• 7. Vehicle and Tour Guide Arrangements: Vehicles and tour guides will be arranged based on the number of participants. If there are fewer than 12 participants, we will use a small vehicle with 14 seats or fewer, equipped with a driver only, and no tour guide service will be provided. If there are more than 12 participants, we will arrange one driver and one tour guide. Please be advised. This product is a carpooling service and you will share the vehicle with other guests.
• 8. The tour guide will recommend lunches and local Japanese specialties, including regional cuisine, ice cream, horse oil, and other products. Shopping is optional with no forced purchases.
• 9. Traffic congestion is expected during holidays, weekends, or Japanese public holidays, which may lead to delays of 2 to 5 hours. It is recommended that you flexibly adjust your nighttime itinerary.
• 10. Day tours do not include personal travel insurance and accidental injury insurance; please purchase them yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers, so please assess your own health condition or capability. The company assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors, and we appreciate your understanding.
• 11. We will send you an email between 16:00 and 21:00 on the day before your trip, containing: meeting time, license plate number, tour guide information, and the tour guide's social contact details. Please make sure to check your email (it might be in your spam folder!). Please do not be late on the day of the trip, as no refunds or changes are allowed on the day! Therefore, you must check your email to add the tour guide!!! Please keep your phone accessible during the tour so that relevant reception staff can contact you! If you have not received the email by 21:00, please contact our company.
• 12. For those using LINE, due to regional restrictions on LINE, the tour guide will not be able to add you as a friend directly via your LINE number the day before the tour. Therefore, we will create a LINE group the day before the tour and send you the LINE group link via email. After receiving the email, please actively click the link to join the LINE group so that the tour guide can communicate with you in a timely manner. Thank you!
