Other Reminders

• Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are prohibited inside the museums and cathedral, must be left behind, and all bags are subject to security screening
• Visitors must arrive at the meeting point 10–15 minutes before departure, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated and missed tours or tickets are non-refundable
• You can use either your booking voucher or Duomo entry ticket for independent access to the Misericordia Museum, with the last entry at 3:30 PM before it closes at 4:00 PM
• A strict dress code applies when entering religious sites, and both men and women must cover their knees and shoulders, as entry may be refused for inappropriate attire
• All sites are subject to security checks upon entry, and a short wait may be required depending on visitor volume
• The museums, sites, and monuments visited are among the world’s most popular, so while careful planning helps minimize crowds, some locations may still be busy during standard hours or high season
• The operator reserves the right to modify itineraries due to safety concerns, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions, or occasional events
• The tour operates rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued due to inclement weather; however, in extreme conditions such as flooding, hailstorms, or lightning storms, certain areas may close for safety reasons
• The operator will do their best to follow the planned timings and itinerary, but due to circumstances beyond our control, timings and sites may occasionally change at short notice
• On morning tours there will not be a break between sites, on afternoon tours, there will be a 30 minute break

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
