• How to use the Audio Guide

• Step 1: Access the Museum wifi.

• Step 2: Open the web browser and access: https://chamaudio.com (accessible only when connected to the museum’s Wi-Fi)

• Step 3: Select the language (Vietnamese, English or French) and the artifacts you want to seek information. Visitors can also scan QR codes of each artifact or follow the tour sequences introduced in the app.

• Audio commentary is available in English / French / Vietnamese

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
