Ferry Ticket Instructions

• Please make sure to bring a valid ID that matches the ticket purchase when collecting your ticket. One person, one ID; you will not be able to collect your ticket without a valid ID.

• Tickets can be picked up after 18:00 on the date of use. You must arrive at Dashatou Pier 30 minutes in advance to exchange for a boat ticket. If you encounter holidays, you must exchange for a boat ticket 60 minutes in advance. In case of delays, the actual arrangement of flights and locations by the cruise company shall prevail. Each flight is approximately 60 minutes.

• Due to tides and cruise ships, flights may be earlier or delayed. Please go to the pier to redeem your tickets as early as possible (half an hour in advance) to avoid missing your flight. Seats are subject to the arrangement of the scenic spot on the day.
