House Rules

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the villa. Designated smoking areas will be provided outside
• The maximum number of guests permitted per booking date is 6 persons only. NO extra guests will be allowed
• Loud parties, karaoke/videoke, noisy gatherings, and celebrations are NOT allowed inside the whole property
• Quiet time begins at 22:00. Guests shall NOT create any nuisance to the property owners and other occupants in the neighboring units
• Guest may enjoy the pool during their stay until 22:00 to avoid disturbing neighbors during quiet time. Use of pool heater, bubbler, and lights is until 22:00
• All furniture, appliances, and equipment must be maintained in the same good condition
• Any missing or damaged property asset(s) will be charged to the guest accordingly
• Avoid moving or rearranging furniture, appliances, and other equipment provided in the property
• Please conserve resources. Ensure to switch off all unused lights and unused appliances (except the refrigerator) and keep all faucets and showers tightly closed when not in use
• In case of breakages/damages noted within the property, please inform the operator immediately
• Clean As You Go
• Be mindful of the property's garbage disposal rules; kindly sort your trash properly
• Please be aware of your surroundings and take importance of your overall safety. The property will NOT be responsible for any untoward incident or any personal or property loss incurred during your stay
• Take caution when swimming in the pool and beach. Standby lifeguards are NOT available in the area. Please be mindful of your own and your family's safety and protection at all times. The property will NOT be responsible for any untoward incident during your stay
• Children should not be left unsupervised and must be accompanied by adults at all times. The property will NOT be responsible for any untoward incident during your stay
• Please be aware that you are in a place of nature. Do not approach or feed any wildlife or stray animals. The property will NOT be responsible for any untoward incident during your stay
• Avoid fire hazards. Candles, bonfires, fireworks, firecrackers, portable stoves (butane/LPG), or other flammable items ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the villa and around the property
• Engaging business with outside vendors is at the guest's own risk
• Please be aware of CCTV cameras installed outside the villa and around the property for your security
• Please take time to note emergency numbers posted inside the property
• Please ensure to wash all dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment. Items must be properly cleaned and stored back in the same designated containers or storage bins
• Keep the refrigerator clean and tidy at all times. Ensure to dispose of all perishable and leftover food
• REFRAIN from eating and drinking inside the pool
• Complimentary ground coffee beans are provided; please carefully read the instructions on how to use the SMEG drip-filter coffee machine
• Barbeque grilling is allowed in the designated area only for strict compliance. Charcoal is NOT provided by the host
• Hang wet clothes and beach towels at designated areas only
• All provided beach/hand towels must be returned to the property. Kindly gather used beach towels upon check-out
• Guest can request to change sheets at additional fees
• Smoking, vaping, using e-cigarettes, and other forms inside the villa or pool area IS STRICTYLY PROHIBITED. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the property
• Camping and pitching tents outside the villa or near the beach are NOT permitted
• Restricted areas (pool equipment room, staff office/barracks, etc.) must be avoided by the guest at all times
• Possession and/or using any illegal drugs WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY
• Possession of any type of gun and other deadly weapons (licensed or not) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE PROPERTY
• The operator has the right to refuse entry and return payment if the guest will not comply with any of the conditions above and any house rules listed by Costa Sambali
• A security deposit will be collected upon check-in. The amount shall be returned to guests upon check-out, provided that the keys are returned to the staff and there's no missing or broken items in the property. Any lost or damaged items will be charged accordingly

• The following items are prohibited: firearms / weapons of any kind / illegal substances / flammable items

• Pets are prohibited

• A deposit of PHP5,000 is required for security purposes, payable onsite

• A surcharge of PHP1,500/pillow will apply if pillows are found to be lost or stained, payable onsite

• A surcharge of PHP8,000/linen will apply if linens are found to be lost or stained, payable onsite

• A surcharge of PHP1,000/towel will apply if beach towels are found to be lost or stained, payable onsite

• A surcharge of PHP15,000 will apply if the Marshall speaker is found to be lost or damaged, payable onsite

• A surcharge of PHP16,000 will apply if the SMEG coffee maker is found to be lost or damaged, payable onsite
