Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Free hotel pick up service within Ubud center only

• Pick-up and drop-off services outside the Ubud center will incur an additional surcharge of IDR650,000 per car. Please pay in cash directly to the driver
