Please note that during Sensory Friendly Hours, light and noise are reduced for a calmer experience, while during regular hours, the exhibit may be brighter and louder

Please note that the entire party must be present at the lobby for check-in ; the operator will verify tickets, and once inside, guests will register for the photo booths and sign the required liability waiver

Please note that the tickets are non-refundable, but the guests can transfer them to another person if requested at least 48 hours before the visit
