• No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
• **Order**
• Unless otherwise specified, we are not the seller or supplier of the product(s). We are responsible for managing and administering the website www.klook.com and/or the Klook App (together, “KLOOKPlatform”), arranging order processing and fulfilment for the product(s)you ordered from the merchant through the activity page.
• When you place an order you are making an offer to buy from the merchant the product(s) you have specified at the price stated for those product(s). You cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.
• We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including without limitation:
• (a) no sufficient stock to deliver the product(s) you have ordered;
• (b) no delivery can be arranged for your area; or
• (c) one or more of the product(s) you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error or an error in the pricing information provided by the merchant.
• **Delivery**
• Unless otherwise stated, delivery is handled by merchant themselves or a third party courier/service provider. Any delivery times shown are estimates only and actual delivery time may vary.
• The product(s) ordered by you will be delivered to the address you have provided us on KLOOK Platform. You agree to present your photo identification upon request when you acknowledge receipt of the product(s). The product(s) shall be, and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the product(s) are delivered to the address you have provided us for delivery. You agree and accept that we are entitled, at our option, to charge you additional costs or cancel your order without any refund or compensation to you in the event of your failure to accept delivery for whatever reasons.
• Any individual at the delivery address who accepts the delivery is presumed to be authorised to receive such delivery. Any designated alternative recipient shall accept the delivery under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply to you had you accepted the delivery yourself.
• Once the product(s) that you have ordered has been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the product(s) and it will be held at your own risk. We will not be liable for the loss or damage of the product(s).
• Upon delivery, you are responsible for inspecting the product(s) received for any damage or other quality issues.
• **Return or Exchange**
• Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange of product(s) will be accepted. Please read the returns or exchanges policy as specified by the merchant carefully before you place an order.
• You agree and accept that it will be at the merchant’s sole discretion whether the product(s) is accepted for return or exchange. Under no circumstances will we accept the return of any product(s) directly to us or be held liable for your damages for whatever reasons.
