Coastal California Helicopter Experience

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children over the age of 2 years will be required to have their own seat
• Children 0-1 years are required to have proof of age (passport or birth certificate) to be considered a lap child

Additional information

• The maximum weight limit per person is 275 Ibs. If guests exceeding the limit must purchase an additional seat
• For beverages, you are allowed to bring bottled water only on the flight
• Mobile devices must be turned off or set to airplane mode prior to boarding
• Participants are required to contact the operator's reservation department 72 hours before flight time at +1-702-405-4300 or info@flymaverick.com during 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM PST to reconfirm the booking details (check-in time) and provide information such as guest names and weights (kg)

Meet-up information

• Make sure to arrive on time
• Arrive at the meet-up location 30 minutes before the scheduled activity time
• Latecomers or no-shows can't be refunded
• Guests must check in 30 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals may be denied boarding and there will be no refunds issued
