• Return trip: The cruise ship's arrival time is affected by weather, water levels, and waterway arrangements; if you are purchasing your own return bullet train tickets, it is recommended to choose a train departing from Yichang East Railway Station after 15:30.
• Boarding Instructions: Boarding Method: No ticket is required. Board the ship at the cruise terminal by presenting the valid identity document of the person who booked the ticket. Boarding Time: Boarding is from 18:00 to 20:00, subject to the actual notice of the cruise ship taken. Board the ship at the terminal using the guest's ID card. Check-in Method: Exchange for a room key at the cruise front desk according to the cabin class booked by the guest (room key deposit is self-paid and self-refunded). Departure Time: Around 21:00, departing from Chongqing Port to begin a pleasant Yangtze River Three Gorges tour. Cruise Briefing: Starts at 21:30, introducing cruise facilities, safety matters, dining, sightseeing, and other related issues. Attendance is strongly recommended.
• Instructions on Cruise Ship Transfers: When the water level of the Yangtze River in Chongqing is below 4 meters or above 18 meters, traffic control will be implemented in accordance with the Yangtze River Maritime Safety Administration. The Chongqing departure (arrival) port may be changed to Fuling or Fengdu, etc. At that time, the cruise company will arrange vehicles for transfer and pick-up. Please arrive at the agreed location to board the vehicle at the notified time.
• Please ensure your contact information remains reachable. Once the reservation is successful, we will contact you via email within 1 business day.
• Please ensure your phone is reachable. We will contact the guest by phone before 21:00 on the day prior to departure to inform them of the meeting time and location.
• Minors under the age of 18 must join the tour accompanied by an adult. The adult who registers together with them will act as their guardian during the tour. Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) and above must be accompanied by at least 1 adult relative or friend. We do not accept individuals with infectious diseases, a history of heart disease, cerebrovascular diseases, psychiatric medical history, or pregnant women. Thank you for your understanding.
• All scenic spots require the original ID card, passport, or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao/Taiwan residents for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you used when placing your order. Any extra expenses incurred due to failure to enter the scenic spot caused by forgetting to bring the relevant document or an incorrect document shall be borne by yourself.
• All included attraction tickets are purchased as package deals, and no preferential refunds will be given for any identification documents; if temporarily canceled or not visited, fees will not be refunded; in the event of force majeure (such as rising water levels, road closures, etc.) causing the scenic area to be closed and preventing visits, admission tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding!
• Hotel accommodation: A twin room in the hotel is arranged by default, with 2 adults sharing one room. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room supplement".
• Sightseeing durations, assembly times, and tour disbanding times are for reference only; please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the tour itinerary, but the sightseeing content will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by force majeure factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue, but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred as a result shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
• During this itinerary, souvenir shops may be located near some scenic spots and stops along the way. Rest stops (water replenishment points, restrooms) and kiosks along the way are not considered shopping stops. Souvenirs and local specialties sold by local residents are not provided by our agency; please purchase with caution to avoid being scammed.
