Please do not wear sandals, flip-flops, high heels, or other inappropriate footwear when playing in the snow. Sneakers or sports shoes are recommended.

Experience Standard: To ensure the safety of tourists, skiing is prohibited for tourists under 3 years of age or over 55 years of age. Each minor under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult with guardianship ability: and each adult is limited to accompanying one minor (both must purchase tickets); or they may enter the snow field under the care of a professional ski instructor (hired at their own expense).

Skiing is a high-risk sport. Please carefully consider whether to participate before purchasing tickets, pay attention to safety, and act according to your capabilities. Please experience it under the guidance of on-site staff based on your physical condition. Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, fear of heights, schizophrenia, as well as pregnant women, the elderly and frail, those with osteoporosis, a history of fractures or joint dislocations, or those under the influence of alcohol, and those medically determined to be unsuitable for skiing are not allowed to purchase tickets.

Experience process: Verify ticket → Pay deposit → Obtain ski pass → Swipe card to enter (start timing) → Receive and wear equipment → Ski lesson consultation (optional, at your own expense) → Enter ski resort → Leave ski resort → Return equipment → Swipe card to exit (end timing) → Return card, settle payment, and refund unused deposit → End

Timing Rules: Timing starts when the card is swiped to enter the gate and ends when the card is swiped to exit the gate. In addition to playtime, an extra 30 minutes is given (for queuing and changing equipment). If the total time exceeds the sum of playtime and complimentary time, please pay the difference according to the prices posted at the on-site ticket office.
