Eligibility

• To ensure the safety of tourists, children under 18 years old (inclusive) need to be accompanied by at least one adult who has purchased a ticket to enter the ski resort, and one adult can only accompany one child; for safety reasons, children under 3 years old (inclusive) are advised to participate with caution

Instructions:

• Use period: July 16, 2024 - December 31, 2025
• How to enter: Swipe the ski card + ID card in the order to enter the ski resort
• Ticket collection method: Exchange the snow card with your ID card or QR code
• Ticket exchange address: Chongqing Hot Snow Miracle ticket windows or self-service ticket machines
• Applicable groups: No limit on the population

Additional information

• There are currently no complimentary ticket policies for Chongqing Snow World, and a one-ticket-per-person system is in place.
• At Chongqing Snow Wonder, the time starts when you enter the gate and ends when you exit the gate. In addition to playtime, you'll receive an extra 30 minutes (for queuing and changing equipment). If your total time in the snow park exceeds the playtime and complimentary time, you'll need to pay an overtime fee according to the price posted at the ticket office (¥40/half hour, capped at 2 hours, after which you can upgrade to unlimited playtime for the whole day).

• The snow ticket includes ski equipment (ski suit, snowboard, ski boots, helmet). No deposit is required. Please take good care of the ski equipment and return it after your visit. In case of damage or loss, compensation will be required according to the price公示 at Chongqing Snow Oasis.
• Ski equipment sizes: Ski suits 90cm-190cm, double skis boots size 27-47, snowboard boots size 28-45, double skis 80cm-152cm, snowboards 80cm-160cm, helmets XS-XL. If the equipment sizes provided by Sunac Snow Park do not match your actual size, you will not be able to enjoy the free use of related equipment. Please bring your own equipment.
• Skiing and snow entertainment require changing into professional ski equipment. If you need to store items in a locker, please scan the code to rent one. The fee is 30 yuan/time, and the deposit is 20 yuan/time.
• Please note: Snow park activities are subject to change based on daily announcements. All snow park projects undergo regular daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections and maintenance. These activities may cause delays or temporary closures of some projects. Please refer to the snow park's on-site announcements for details.
• Snow Park Notice: Private photography and videography are permitted in the snow park. Commercial photography requires approval from the relevant departments of Chongqing Resnow, and all commercial images must include the Chongqing Resnow logo. By entering the snow park, guests agree that the park has the right to use their photos or images for educational and promotional purposes.

Important Reminder:

• 1. Pets are not allowed inside Chongqing Snow World. Thank you for your understanding.
• 2. Please do not bring food or water into Chongqing Resnow.
• 3. Once tickets are purchased, you will not be notified separately of any promotional offers subsequently introduced by the scenic area, and price differences will not be refunded.
• 4. If a guest is unable to enter the ski resort due to the disclosure or loss of their ticket retrieval code, they will need to purchase another ticket to enter.
• 5. Chongqing Snow Oasis does not provide gloves or hats. You may bring your own or purchase them on-site.
• 6. To ensure smooth entry to the ski resort and the safety of your person and property, please do not purchase tickets from scalpers or other unauthorized sources.
• 7. For your personal safety and security of your property, please do not hire ski instructors who are not certified by Chongqing Resnow.

Details:

• a. Chongqing Hot Snow Wonderland implements a real-name entry system for the snow park. Registration and verification with a real-name system are required for booking, purchasing, and using this product. Your identity information obtained by this platform and the product provider will be used solely for the registration and verification of product rights and benefits. We will take effective measures to protect the security of your and your fellow travelers' identity information and will not use it for any other purpose.
• b. Please bring your original valid ID on the day of your visit. Non-Mainland residents and foreign tourists, please bring and present your passport, Taiwan Compatriot Permit, or Hong Kong and Macau Exit-Entry Permit on the day of your visit.
• c. The actual player information must match the ID information filled in during booking. For underage tourists, please fill in the ID information of the underage person for booking and enter the snow field with an adult tourist.
• d. Ticket Exchange and Entry: Please bring both the "Merchant Voucher Code" and your "ID card" to exchange for a ticket before entering. Please ensure that the ID information of the traveler/participant is accurate, true, and complete when booking. The visitor will be responsible for any failure to verify and use the ticket, enter the park, or any losses caused by untrue or incorrect information submitted.
• Each visitor can only purchase one valid ticket for the same play date and time slot. If you are traveling with companions, please use their respective ID information to purchase tickets.

Safety Tips:

• 1. Before skiing, please carefully read and consciously abide by the "Skier Conduct and Safety Code" posted at the ski resort. When participating in ice and snow activities, please act according to your capabilities, follow the instructions of the staff, and ensure the personal safety of yourself and others. Children should participate in activities accompanied by an adult. It is not recommended for the elderly to participate in strenuous ice and snow sports.
• 2. Senior tourists aged 60 and above are required to sign a "Safety Responsibility Agreement" before entering the snow field.
• 3. Skiing activities within the park are high-risk sports and are not suitable for individuals with hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, fractures, joint dislocations, pregnant women, intoxicated individuals, or those medically determined to be unfit for strenuous exercise. Skiers must carefully select the difficulty of the slopes. Otherwise, the skier will be solely responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting therefrom. In order to implement the requirements of anti-terrorism and anti-riot laws and regulations and to protect the life and property safety of tourists, the ski resort will conduct necessary security checks on tourists' luggage and backpacks. Please understand and cooperate with the "Anti-Terrorism Law of the People's Republic of China."
