Eligibility

• Standard tickets are applicable to: All visitors
• Child tickets are applicable for children who are aged 3 to under 12, or whose height is 1.0 meter to not exceeding 1.5 meters on the day of the park visit.
• Senior tickets are applicable to: seniors who are 65 years old or older on the day of the park visit.
• Teen tickets are applicable to: minors who are at least 12 years old but not yet 18 years old and taller than 1.5 meters on the date of visit.
• The two-person ticket is applicable for: includes 2 standard tickets, for two people to enter the park at the same time and is limited to a single entry.
• The 1 adult and 1 child ticket is valid for: 1 standard ticket and 1 child ticket (the standard ticket is valid for all visitors, the child ticket is valid for children aged 3 to under 12, or children whose height is between 1.0 meter and 1.5 meters on the day of park visit; children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult). Special note: Two people must enter the park at the same time, and admission is limited to one time only.
• The 2 Adult + 1 Child family ticket is valid for: 2 standard tickets and 1 child ticket (standard tickets are valid for all visitors, and child tickets are valid for children aged 3 to under 12, or between 1.0 meter and 1.5 meters in height, on the day of visit; children must be accompanied by at least one adult to enter the park). Please note: Verification will be done using the valid ID document provided at the time of purchase. All three individuals must enter the park at the same time, and admission is limited to one entry only.
• Free admission: Children under 3 years of age or under 1.0 meter in height on the day of the park visit; 1 paying adult is limited to bringing 1 child with free admission into the park.

Additional information

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• When visiting the park, tourists should wear masks, maintain a safe distance, and follow the interval markings for queuing, seating, or on-site arrangements and guidance from staff in areas such as park entrances, performance venues, and amusement facilities.

• To ensure the safety of the animals in the park, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Birds Park, and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom do not allow visitors to bring in food and drinks other than baby food and a reasonable amount of drinking water for personal consumption.

• Some facilities in the park have height and physical requirements for participation. Visitors should consider their health conditions before participating. Before playing, please refer to the opening hours, performance times, and precautions of the corresponding theme park.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
