  • The visitor should enter the park multiple times within 2 days (including the first day) from the designated date of use, and is limited to the same person.
  • This product is only applicable to residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and overseas regions. Each visitor must present one of the following three forms of identification for verification upon entry: ① Hong Kong/Macau SAR Home Return Permit/Identity Card (permanent or non-permanent residents are acceptable) /Passport; ②《Taiwan Resident Travel Permit to Mainland China》or PRC Resident Permit for Taiwan Residents; ③ Passport of overseas citizens. If a visitor fails to present the required identification, they will not be able to enter the park and will need to purchase the corresponding ticket at the on-site retail price. The original ticket will not be refunded or exchanged.

Eligibility

  • Standard tickets are applicable to: all visitors
  • Children's tickets are applicable for children who are between 3 and 12 years old on the day of the visit, or who are between 1.0 meter and 1.5 meters in height.
  • Senior Ticket: For seniors who are 65 years old or older on the day of the park visit.
  • Teen tickets are applicable to minors who are at least 12 years old but not yet 18 years old and taller than 1.5 meters on the day of the visit.
  • Free admission: Children under 3 years of age or under 1.0 meter in height on the day of the visit; 1 paying adult is limited to bringing 1 free admission child into the park (minors and concessionary tickets are not applicable).

  • If you cancel the booking between booking confirmation to 23:59, 1 day(s) before participation time, a 0% cancellation fee will be charged
  • If you cancel the booking at 23:59, 1 day(s) before participation time or later, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged
  • If you cancel the booking after participation time, 100% cancellation fee will be charged

Follow the instructions on the page to enter the ticket voucher code and the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number to generate a QR code for park entry.
  • (2) If the QR code voucher code is "1111111", please present your purchase certificate at the park ticket window to exchange for a paper ticket for admission.
  • (3) If the QR code voucher code is "0000000", please enter the park directly with the ID document used for ticket purchase and scan it at the park entrance.
