Eligibility

• Free for children aged 0-6

• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults

• Concession tickets: Available for students (student ID required for admission)

• Half price: Children ages 7-11 (must present Taiwan National Health Insurance card), seniors aged 65 and above (must present Taiwan ID card, National Health Insurance card, or Senior Citizen card)

• If you do not meet the ticket purchase discount requirements for your selected plan, please cooperate with the on-site staff to complete the additional ticket purchase. If you do not cooperate, the Alishan Cloud Bridge reserves the right to decide whether to verify the ticket and allow entry.

Additional information

• There is no luggage storage facility at the venue

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• The amount of public accident liability insurance for each person's bodily injury for the Taiping Cloud Ladder is TWD 6 million.

• The route from Meishan to Taiping is now restricted to Class A buses. Only Class B minibuses and regular passenger vehicles are permitted.

• For safety reasons, access to the suspension bridge is prohibited during non-operational hours. Unauthorized entry is at your own risk.

• The following actions are prohibited on the suspension bridge: using umbrellas, wearing high heels, running, jumping, making excessive noise, climbing, shaking the bridge, marching in unison, and throwing objects. Visitors, please enter in order and follow the designated route. When the red warning light is flashing, entry is prohibited. Visitors on the bridge should follow the instructions of the service personnel and leave as quickly as possible.

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
