Additional information

  • Pets, scooters, balance bikes, skateboards, roller skates, bicycles, and similar items are prohibited within the park.

  • Please heed warning signs and protect public facilities, flowers, and trees.

  • Visitors with no or limited civil capacity must be accompanied by a guardian to enter the park.

  • Please maintain order during your visit, protect the environment, refrain from spitting, and avoid littering.

  • Please do not feed, startle, or tease the animals.

  • Climbing trees, buildings, or fences within the park is prohibited.

  • The following items are prohibited: flammable and explosive materials, illegal items, radioactive materials, corrosive substances, controlled knives, and other prohibited items.

  • The use of aerial photography equipment is prohibited within the park.

  • Multiple tickets purchased with the same ID cannot be partially refunded. They must be used or refunded simultaneously. Please do not purchase duplicate tickets.

  • Foreign passport / Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit holders need to exchange tickets at the visitor center to enter the park.

  • Business hours: 8:00-18:00 (open all year)

  • The tour time is approximately 2-3 hours. We recommend visiting in the morning (when animals are active).

  • Bring some fruits and snacks (there are few restaurants in the park)

  • Some animal areas may have strong odors; you may want to bring some mint balm.

  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
