Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to departure.
50% of the tour fee will be charged as a loss for cancellations 4-7 days (inclusive) before departure.
A cancellation 1-3 days (inclusive) before departure will incur a 70% loss of the tour fee.
Full charge for cancellations on the day of departure.
For bookings that include travel dates during major holidays, such as New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day, cancellations made within 7 days (inclusive) of departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
