Usage validity

  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Voucher type

  • Driver information will be updated in the Klook voucher no later than 20:00 the day before the activity.

Pick-up and drop-off

  • The driver will be waiting in your hotel lobby. Please arrive in the hotel lobby 10-15 minutes before the pickup time to wait for your pickup.

  • Service hours: 10 hours of service between 06:00 and 22:59

  • The driver will wait for up to 45 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

  • If you do not appear 45 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time and require the driver to continue waiting, the charter service time will be calculated starting from the pick-up time specified in the order.

Surcharge table

  • All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
  • Outside service hours:
  • CNY 50 (5-seater or 7-seater car) / CNY60 (10-seater or 15-seater car) / CNY80 (20-seater car) per hour
  • Extra mileage:
  • CNY 3 (5-seater or 7-seater car) / CNY4 (10-seater or 15-seater car) / CNY5 (20-seater car) per kilometer
