• For children not occupying a bed, the package includes transportation and guide service only. Children's package includes transportation and guide service only, excluding entrance tickets (Gulangyu half-price ticket: ¥18/person, Botanical Garden half-price ticket: ¥15/person, Sunlight Rock half-price ticket: ¥25/person). • Due to the limited number of ferry tickets, the order of the itinerary may be adjusted without affecting the guest's schedule. The specific arrangement will be based on the ferry ticket time to Gulangyu.
• Real-name ticket registration requires accurate names and ID numbers. Boarding is permitted only when the ticket, identification, and passenger match (children may bring their household registration booklet). We are not responsible for failure to board due to personal reasons such as omissions, errors in reported credentials, or last-minute changes in travelers.
• Group tickets are valid for same-day use, and group members must enter and leave the island together. Tourists who leave the group early or stay overnight on Gulangyu Island should purchase a return ticket at the pier window for ¥18 per person.
• If Xiamen University is closed due to special circumstances, the tour will be replaced with a sailing excursion.
• Please understand that during peak periods, you may experience a 30-60 minute wait for transportation.
• Due to limited ferry tickets to Gulangyu Island, our agency reserves the right to adjust the itinerary order without reducing the number of attractions.

• Fees are non-refundable for cancellations made on the day of the tour. Unauthorized departures from the group during the tour without prior consultation will be considered a breach of contract by the traveler. The uncompleted portion of the tour will be deemed as voluntarily forfeited, and our agency will not provide any refunds.
• Seniors aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member and provide a health certificate and a liability waiver.
• An additional fee applies for drop-off at the North Railway Station at the end of the tour.

• Regarding refunds: No refunds will be issued for attractions voluntarily abandoned due to personal reasons. If you have any discount cards (such as student ID, tour guide ID, senior citizen ID, military officer ID, etc.), please inform the tour guide in advance and present your discount card before purchasing tickets. The tour guide will issue a refund based on the travel agency agreement price according to the scenic area's ticket price announcement.
• Regarding children: Our children's fee includes transportation and tour guide services. Admission tickets are not included, and we recommend purchasing them locally based on height. If you have a student ID, please inform the tour guide in advance. Gulangyu Island has a visitor limit, and ferry tickets must be booked in advance. Once booked, price differences cannot be reimbursed, and additional tickets cannot be purchased. If a child's height exceeds 1.5 meters, we must be notified in advance to purchase a full-fare ferry ticket. The guest will be responsible for any consequences such as the inability to board the ferry due to incorrect information provided by the guest. There is no guarantee that temporarily purchased ferry tickets will match the schedule booked by our company.
• In the event of changes or cancellations to the tour itinerary, or inability to visit certain attractions, due to force majeure (natural disasters, governmental actions, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the travel agency (weather changes, traffic congestion, delays in boat or flight schedules, major protocol events, etc.), no compensation or refunds will be provided, and the travel agency will not be liable for any losses incurred. However, we will be responsible for refunding any unspent fees to the traveler.
• During free time, tourists should choose activities within their ability to manage risks and be responsible for their own safety. Special reminder: It is not advisable to participate in risky activities such as swimming and diving. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur during tourists' free time.
• To ensure your safety, please undergo a necessary physical examination before traveling. Individuals with heart disease, hypertension, asthma, epilepsy, mental illness, diabetes, legal infectious diseases, anemia, pregnant women, those with mobility issues, or those deemed unsuitable for travel by a physician should not register.
• Gulangyu Island requires real-name registration. When booking, tourists must provide accurate names and ID card numbers. Boarding is permitted only when the ticket, identification, and passenger match (children without ID cards may use their household registration booklet). Our company is not responsible for boarding denial due to the passenger's own reasons, such as incorrect or missing information, or failure to notify us of changes in travelers at least 48 hours in advance.
