• Children with a height of 140cm and above will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Occupancy above 1.3 meters is charged at the adult rate.

Additional information

• Visitors must bring their original ID cards. Each guest must present their own ID card to check into the hotel (otherwise, they will not be able to check in);
• Tourist vehicles are strictly prohibited from being overloaded. Unaccompanied minors and infants must occupy a seat. Guests are requested to travel according to the actual number of registered participants. No additional personnel (including minors and infants) may be temporarily added without the consent of the travel agency. If there are insufficient seats, our agency will refuse boarding. We appreciate your understanding.
• This itinerary is a reference travel itinerary. The travel agency has the right to make reasonable adjustments to the order of the itinerary based on actual circumstances. If the itinerary is delayed or unable to complete the sightseeing or affects the return transportation due to factors beyond the travel agency's control (such as landslides, traffic jams, weather, flight delays, vehicle breakdowns, etc.), the travel agency is responsible for assisting in resolving the issue or refunding the unused ticket fees. The expenses incurred therefrom shall be borne by the tourists themselves, and the travel agency shall not be liable for any losses or responsibilities arising therefrom;
• While traveling, all tourists are requested to fasten their seat belts in the tour bus. If a fine is incurred or the driver's points are deducted due to unfastened seat belts, the resulting costs will be borne by the tourists themselves.
• During the trip, if a traveler needs to abandon part of the itinerary due to personal reasons, the traveler shall be solely responsible for their personal safety during the abandoned itinerary. • Pregnant women are not accepted for registration. If this is concealed and an accident occurs, the travel agency will not be held responsible.
• Seniors aged 70 and above who wish to travel must sign a "Health Certificate" and be accompanied by family or friends. Due to service capacity limitations, we are unable to accommodate travelers aged 80 and above; we appreciate your understanding.
• Guests are requested to pay attention to hotel hygiene; room facilities and supplies must not be damaged. Valuables can be stored in the hotel safe or kept with you; our agency will not be held responsible for any loss. Before checking out, please settle all charges for beverages, food, laundry, and long-distance calls provided by the room.
• It is peak tourist season, and there are many visitors at various attractions and restaurants, which may lead to crowding and long queues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• The actual situation of the travel agency's group reception for tourists will be based on the "Tourist Feedback Form" filled out locally. All group members are requested to fill it out carefully and truthfully, as this will serve as the basis for our agency's group reception quality and for handling complaints.
• If canceled 15 days before departure, 60% of the fee will be charged. If canceled within 7 days before departure, the full fee will be charged.
