Adverse Weather Arrangements

• If a typhoon signal No. 1 or 3, or a yellow rainstorm warning signal is issued on the day of the experience, the check-in arrangement for the relevant accommodation will proceed as usual, provided that New World First Ferry/transportation services are operating as normal.
• If the weather forecast predicts gale force 6 winds, we will notify you on the morning of the day or the day before, and the campsite will be closed. The camping date booked for that day will need to be changed, and can be rescheduled for use within three months.
• If, on the day of the experience, the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or raises a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal to No. 8 or higher two hours before the check-in time, the following arrangements will be made. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
• During the winter months of November to February, it's the Diamond South Africa Camp, and during the summer months of March to October, it's the Diamond Stargazing Camp.

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Amendment policy

• You can change the date once free of charge at least 7 days before your selected check-in date.
• If you want to change the effective date of your stay, customers must use it within 90 days of the original date and make a reservation. Failure to make a reservation within the deadline will be considered a waiver.
• If the effective date of the check-in date is delayed and the price changes due to the time period, such as from a busy period to a normal period, the difference will not be refunded.
• If the period of change is from a general period to a busy period/service, the extra amount incurred must still be made up and paid.
• If the customer meets the above conditions and is sure they need to change or cancel the service experience date, the order registrant must notify My Seaside Park via WhatsApp at 9084 3387 in writing during office hours on the specified date for arrangements.
