- In addition to basic charcoal grill rental, our park also offers a barbecue package purchase service. Customers can also consider our barbecue套餐 (tàocān - set meal) and rent the grilling equipment for an additional HK$80. Adverse Weather Arrangements
- If a typhoon signal No. 1 or 3, or a yellow rainstorm warning signal is issued on the day of the experience, the check-in arrangement for the relevant accommodation will proceed as usual, provided that New World First Ferry/transportation services are operating as normal.
- If the weather forecast predicts gale force 6 winds, we will notify you on the morning of the day or the day before, and the campsite will be closed. The camping date booked for that day will need to be changed, and can be rescheduled for use within three months.
- If, on the day of the experience, the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or raises a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal to No. 8 or higher two hours before the check-in time, the following arrangements will be made. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
- During the winter months of November to February, it's the Diamond South Africa Camp, and during the summer months of March to October, it's the Diamond Stargazing Camp.

How to get there

By bus: Customers can go to the Tung Chung Bus Terminus at Exit B of the Tung Chung MTR station to find bus number 11 or 11A and get off at "Lai Pan Villa." Continue in the direction of traffic for another 30 meters to reach "Cheung Sha Wan Garden Farm."

By car: (Only applicable to those with Lantau Island Closed Road Permit). Customers who possess a Lantau Island Closed Road Permit (commonly known as a "restricted area permit") may also choose to drive themselves. The park does not have parking spaces, but customers can park their vehicles at the Cheung Fu Street entrance. Detailed routes and parking locations can be found here

Customers can wait for Lantau taxis outside Exit D of Tung Chung MTR station, or call the following phone number to call a taxi to the campsite:

To call a Lantau taxi, dial 9261 0710, 6653 999, 6947 4758, 9889 0280, 2984 1368, 2984 1328, 2987 6555, or 5998 4819. (After getting in the taxi, tell the driver the destination is 'Cheung Sha People's Garden Farm'). Please note that during peak hours, an extra charge of $50-100 may apply to secure a taxi.
