Cancellation Policy

If the trip is officially cancelled by SuperCat and the guest chooses not to rebook, a full refund will be issued. Guest must inform Klook Customer Support, who will then notify the operator. The operator will provide the final go signal before processing the refund.
Voluntary Cancellation – Before Departure: If the guest cancels for any reason before the departure date, a 70% refund will be granted, provided the request is made before the ticket's expiry date
For partial cancellations (e.g., 1 out of 2 passengers), the name of the guest to be cancelled must be provided. No name, no refund.
Voluntary Cancellation – After Departure: Refunds after the departure date are subject to case-by-case approval and not guaranteed.
Rebooking is allowed upon request, subject to availability. A service charge applies
