  • If the trip is officially cancelled by SuperCat and the guest chooses not to rebook, a full refund will be issued. Guest must inform Klook Customer Support, who will then notify the operator. The operator will provide the final go signal before processing the refund.
  • Voluntary Cancellation – Before Departure: If the guest cancels for any reason before the departure date, a 70% refund will be granted, provided the request is made before the ticket's expiry date
  • For partial cancellations (e.g., 1 out of 2 passengers), the name of the guest to be cancelled must be provided. No name, no refund.
  • Voluntary Cancellation – After Departure: Refunds after the departure date are subject to case-by-case approval and not guaranteed.
  • Rebooking is allowed upon request, subject to availability. A service charge applies
