Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time

The driver will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)

If you are delayed longer than 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time exceeded 10 minutes
