Please note that admission is free for one person accompanying a visitor with a disability to the Museum & the complimentary attendant tickets are not available online and may be obtained in person or by phone

Please note that all children under the age of 12 visiting the Museum must be accompanied by an individual aged 16 years or older

Please note that service animals are welcome in the Museum; guests bringing a service animal without visible identification should be prepared to present appropriate documentation from a healthcare provider at Information, and the operator request that guests with non-traditional service animals contact the Museum in advance of their visit

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
