Eligibility
- Free for children aged 0-2
- Children aged 3+ will be charged the same rate as adults
- Children aged 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Chaperone policy: Guest who are aged 16+ may be asked to show government issued photo ID at the entrance
Additional information
- Re-entry rule: Guests will have to present their valid admission and photo, then go through the metal detection procedures again for re-entry (The photo will be taken upon entry)
- Baby food and formula, bottled water or refillable bottles and containers are permitted into the park
- Baby Care Centerss are available onsite, and located in KidZville, Medieval Faire, and Splash Works near Lakeside Lagoon
- Diaper changing areas and family restrooms are available onsite
- Smoking of any kind, including vapour and e-cigarettes is prohibited today
- Cannabis and related paraphernalia are also not permitted on park property at any time
- No glass containers are allowed
- Alcoholic beverage policy: Guests are required to provide a valid government issued photo ID prior the sale of any alcoholic beverages (The park can deny the sale of any alcoholic beverages to guests who are showing signs of intoxication or public drunkenness
Stroller and wheelchair rental
- Single and double strollers are available for one day onsite rentals on a first come, first served basis
- Rental fees are CAD 17 plus tax for a single stroller and CAD 26 plus tax for a double stroller
- A limited number of wheelchairs and electronic convenience vehicles (ECV) are available for a one-day rental. It is recommended that guests bring their own wheelchairs
Attire rules
- Proper attire, including shirts, bottoms, and shoes, is required on most rides and throughout the park
- Swimwear is only permitted at Splash Works and on selected water rides (Riptide, Timberwolf Falls, and White Water Canyon)
- Loose clothing and accessories must be secured or removed for safety, and certain rides may require the removal of loose fitting shoes (Rides include Blast Off!, Drop Tower, Lumberjack, Psyclone, Shockwave, Silver Streak, Skyhawk, Sledge Hammer, SlingShot, Swing of the Century, Swing Time, The DareDeviler WindSeeker and Yukon Striker)
- Appropriate swimwear is required, while transparent clothing and thongs are not permitted
- Filming on rides is strictly prohibited, except on Swan Lake, KidZville Station, and Jokey’s Jalopies
- Guests must securely store all loose items, including cameras and phones, as unsecured items may cause injury and result in ejection from the park
- Ride attendants are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, and lockers are recommended for water rides
- AlpenFury: This ride has a metal detection in place (Please place all cameras and cell phones in a locker or the bins before riding)
- Line jumping is not allowed at Canada's Wonderland
- Height requirement: Color coded wristbands are available at height check stations and correspond to ride entrance signage. If a height check station is closed, wristbands may be obtained at eligible rides once height requirements are met
- Shoes that excessively enhance height are not permitted, and guests may be asked to remove them for verification
Rider eligibility
- All restraint systems, including lap bars, shoulder harnesses, and seatbelts, must be properly positioned and secured for guests to ride. Due to these requirements, guests of larger size based on height, weight, or proportions may not be accommodated on some rides
- Height and weight restrictions are listed on individual ride signage, and guests concerned about fit may use ride exit access to test restraint compatibility before queuing, while the rest of the party waits outside the exit
- Test seats are available at select rides, including AlpenFury, Behemoth, Leviathan, Lumberjack, Skyhawk, Tundra Twister, and Yukon Striker
- Manufacturer maximum height limits apply to the following rides: AlpenFury (206 cm), Behemoth (203 cm), Frequent Flyers (152 cm), Joe Cool’s Dodgem School (137 cm), Leviathan (203 cm), Silver Streak (193 cm), SlingShot (201 cm), Snoopy vs. Red Baron (152 cm), Snoopy’s Space Race (152 cm), Speed City Raceway (198 cm), Splash Station Slides (122 cm), Swing Time (137 cm), The DareDeviler (198 cm), White Water Canyon (193 cm), and Yukon Striker (196 cm)
- Maximum and minimum height limits vary by attraction and are posted at ride entrances and in the Rider Safety Guide here
- First Aid is located in Medieval Faire beside the Spinovator ride and is staffed by certified Emergency Medical Responders at all times
Waterpark information
- Appropriate swimwear is required at all times in Splash Works. Guests may not wear thongs, transparent swimwear, regular clothing, denim, cut-off shorts, or long pants, and swimwear with metal components is not permitted on select attractions
- Footwear is not allowed on Splash Works rides, except for aqua socks or aquatic footwear on designated attractions. Swim diapers are required for guests who need them
- Guests must wear proper cover-up attire, including shirts, shoes, and shorts, when exiting Splash Works and returning to the theme park. Clothing and visible tattoos that contain violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory content are not permitted
- Suitability of swimwear is subject to management discretion
- Inner tubes are available free of charge at each attraction that requires a tube to ride (The tubes must remain at the attraction after riding)
- Locker rentals are available and located next to the Splash Works main gate (Payable with credit and debit cards). The lockers work with electronic pin codes and will allow unlimited access throughout the day until the park's closing time
- A water wheelchair is available for guests requiring additional assistance, on a first-come, first-served basis
- Lost children: If a child becomes separated, notify a team member immediately, as public address announcements are not available within Splash Works. Separated children will be taken to the Splash Works First Aid building near the main entrance
- Life jackets: Life jackets are available free of charge throughout Splash Works on a first come, first served basis. They are recommended for children, inexperienced swimmers, and non swimmers, and may be required on certain attractions based on height and age requirements. Aquatics staff may also require their use when necessary. Approved personal life jackets must meet Canadian Coast Guard, Transport Canada, or Fisheries and Oceans Canada standards
- In accordance with provincial regulations, all children with a height of 0-122 cm and aged 0-9 must wear a life jacket in the Lazy River, and all children under 132 cm and under 10 years of age must wear a life jacket in White Water Bay
- A drinking fountain is located at the INterior and Exterior Restrooms
Splash Works rules
- Guests must follow all posted safety requirements for each attraction and should avoid running, horseplay, or disruptive behaviour. Diving is not permitted, and glass items, whistles, inflatable devices, masks, snorkels, and water toys are prohibited
- Guests must supervise children at all times and securely store all loose items, including hats, glasses, jewelry, phones, and cameras, which are not permitted on slides or in changing areas. Electronic devices may be damaged by water and should be properly protected
- Access to Splash Works may be limited based on capacity and wait times. Tents, beach umbrellas, and personal shade structures are not permitted, though guests may use designated shaded areas or rent park cabanas
- Special dietary needs: Many products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, and others. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies are encouraged to speak with a chef or food and beverage supervisor for assistance, including access to ingredient information upon request
Code of conduct
- Firearms, ammunition, knives, weapons of any kind, and self defense or restraining devices such as pepper spray or mace are prohibited. Fireworks, explosives, flammable objects, smoke machines, and fog machines are not permitted
- Clothing with offensive language, obscene imagery, or nudity is not allowed, and attire must fully cover undergarments. Face coverings that conceal identity are prohibited, except for health related masks. Family themed costumes are permitted, but costumes that conceal identity are not allowed
- Unruly, disruptive, harassing, threatening, or unsafe behavior of any kind, including fighting, offensive language or gestures, and behavior that interferes with guest experience or park operations, is strictly prohibited
- Theft, solicitation, unauthorized distribution of materials, refusal to follow instructions, and entry into restricted areas are not permitted
- Unsolicited photography or filming that disrupts guests or operations is prohibited, and filming on most rides and attractions is not allowed regardless of device type or storage method

Guests with hearing or visual impairments may request American Sign Language interpretation for live shows at least one week in advance by submitting a request form. Upon arrival, guests should visit Guest Services to confirm schedules and preferred showtimes, and accessibility seating assistance is available at venues upon request

White canes are permitted on many attractions but may need to be securely stored or left with a non-riding guest where they present a safety hazard

A Quiet Room is available at Guest Services at the front gate for guests who need a low stimulation space, along with additional sensory resources

Guests with casts or braces may be restricted from certain rides if the device cannot be safely accommodated or is prohibited by the manufacturer, with full arm or leg casts typically restricted from most attractions

Guide dogs and service animals with valid identification are allowed in the park (Kennel services are not available onsite)

Service animals are welcome but must remain under control at all times and are not permitted on most rides or in water attractions. Designated relief areas and select ride accommodations are available, and service animals must be cared for by a non-riding member of the party during attractions

All-day dining: The meal comes with an entree and side from any participating dining locations, as often as every 90 minutes (Payable onsite and not valid for park admission)

All-day drink: A souvenir bottle can be redeemed from any participating dining or refill location. Refills are available as often as every 15 minutes (Payable onsite and not valid for park admission)

- By car: Take Highway 400 to Rutherford Road in Vaughan and take Exit 33, then head north on Canada’s Wonderland Drive and follow the signs to the park entrance
