• Concession ticket: includes Senior Citizens, Students, Pensioners and disabled visitors upon presentation of a recognised Seniors, Student, Pension or Carers Card
• Note: Health Care Cards are not accepted as a Concession
• Children aged 0-14 must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult aged 18+
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount

Booking limitations

Additional information

• In instances where visitors leave the Cairns Aquarium and plan to re-visit after a gap (example lunch in restaurant, car parking), please ask for a stamp from the Front of House Admissions Desk to enable return same day entry

• All persons entering the Cairns Aquarium must hold a valid ticket that must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by any member of staff. Failure to produce a valid admission ticket on request may result in removal from the attraction

• Unless specified tickets will include entry to most, but not all, areas of Cairns Aquarium. Entry to restricted areas or animal encounter enclosures require additional payment onsite

• If you are unable to walk onto the viewing deck, you can still see the turtles in the tank through a viewing window

• Do not hang over the side of the enclosure, disturb the water or bang on the outside of the enclosure

• Children are the responsibility of their parents/guardians or carer and must be supervised at all times. Children cannot attend this tour without a guardian present

• A reminder that this is an educational tour, with an educational presentation that may run for 15 – 20 minutes, please follow the directions of the tour guide whilst on the tour

• Please tread carefully in this area, do not run in this area. There may be water present on floor from sea turtles

• Do not remove or take any artefacts or items belonging to the Cairns Turtle Rehabilitation Hospital or Cairns Aquarium from this area

• If you are bringing an infant on the tour, please be advised that we can’t have loud noises near sick or injured sea turtles in the hospital, so you may be asked to leave the hospital area in the event of loud noise
