Children under 90cm may enter for free when accompanied by a participating guest, but they are not allowed to use the facilities.

Some facilities have separate operating hours. Please check the schedule on-site.

For your safety, you must follow all instructions from the staff. Any issues caused by failure to follow staff instructions will be the guest's responsibility.

An additional fee of 2,500 KRW will be charged for every 10 minutes exceeding the allotted time. Payment must be made on-site.

If the maximum capacity is reached, entry may be restricted and waiting times may occur. Refunds will not be provided for these reasons.

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors

Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

Child seats are not available

By bus: Via City Bus: Get off at Osiria Station, Lotte World Adventure Busan, or IKEA Dongbusan bus stop, then walk to the venue.

By car: Destination Search: 38 Dongbusangwangwang-ro, Gijang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan (Near the theme park area within Osiria Tourist Complex)

By metro: Via the Donghae Line: The nearest station is Osiria Station. After getting off at Osiria Station, it is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the venue.

Parking: A dedicated parking lot is available for visitors.
