A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants don't follow the rules
