Booking changes policy

• Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• Children aged 0-5 can enter free of charge
• Children aged 6+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Additional information

• Due to the natural environment of the tribe, which may have mosquitoes, please wear loose-fitting pants and a light jacket to avoid mosquito bites.
• To protect the park's ecosystem, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the park.
• The performance venue is a semi-open space with sun and rain protection, equipped with fans but no air conditioning. It can get particularly hot and humid in the summer, so please take necessary sun protection measures and bring an umbrella.
• A performance at the Tribal Theater requires a minimum of 30 audience members. If the audience is less than 30 people, the performance will be suspended, and attendees can exchange their tickets for one free archery experience. Please call to reserve a performance after booking (Reservation hotline: 089-561211, extensions 201 - 203).
• If there are no theater performances, you can book a free park tour. Please call one day in advance and mention that you are a Klook customer so that the park can arrange staff accordingly (Reservation hotline: 089-561211, extensions 201 - 203).

• The voucher is valid for 180 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

How to redeem

• Present your mobile voucher

• Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket

• Please redeem your physical ticket at the entrance of the Bunun Tribal Leisure Farm for admission.

• If a dining time has been reserved by phone but the voucher holder does not appear at the designated time, the dining qualification for voucher redemption will be considered invalid, and no request for redemption on another date will be accepted.
