• If it is determined that the event will be canceled due to circumstances, the organizing company will contact you by email by 24:00 one day prior.
• If you are late for your reservation start time, there may be a longer waiting period. Also, you will not be able to experience it if you exceed business hours. What to wear

• Please come in clothing that allows for easy movement. Customers wearing skirts or heels may be asked to wear the provided sandals, wrap towels, or belts.

Reservation procedure

• ① Meeting/Reception: Please purchase an admission ticket for Abeno Harukas Observatory "Harukas 300" separately and proceed to "Harukas 300." At the "Harukas Bungee VR" corner on the 59th floor of "Harukas 300," please state your reservation name (or reservation number).
• ②Explanation: Once the reservation confirmation and important notes have been provided, please wait a moment until your experience. *We will check your eligibility (age, height, weight, health condition, etc.). *We will confirm your consent to various matters (consent to being photographed or video recorded / understanding that due to the nature of VR experiences, the experience may not be uniform for everyone / consent for safety assurance, etc.).
• ③ Experience details: When it's your turn, follow the staff's guidance, and then, it's bungee time!
• ④ Dissolution: There is a commemorative gift, so please accept it.
