How to redeem

• All ticket holders must present valid proof of purchase, such as a confirmation email or QR code, to redeem an official wristband
• The operations staff on duty will scan the QR code and issue the wristband. Thereafter, a RM10 F&B voucher will be issued to the customer
• Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event. Lost, damaged, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced
