Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts

Amendment policy

• No refunds will be issued if the customer is unable to participate due to their own availability
• In case of bad weather, photoshoot sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability only if notified at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, no refund will be issued
• If rescheduling is not possible due to no availability or persistent bad weather, no refund will be issued
