Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 48 hour(s) before activity starts

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Free for children aged 0-4
• Children aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Additional information

• Visitors must undergo an airport-style security check. Bags larger than 45x20x30 cm are not permitted inside the palace
• Luggage storage can be found nearby, including at Victoria Station
• Please ensure that your valid ID with you on the day
• Photography is prohibited inside the Buckingham Palace
• For safety reasons, pushchairs and strollers cannot accompany visitors into the state rooms. They must be checked in and collected after your tour
• A one-way system operates along the entire visitor route for safety reasons
• Mobile phones must be switched off on the visitor route within Buckingham Palace. They can only be used in the Buckingham Palace Garden

Accessibility

• This activity is wheelchair-accessible

• For wheelchair users, you can use your own wheelchair if it fits Buckingham Palace's lifts, which measure 148x94 cm (500 kg limit) or 160x94 cm (750 kg limit)

• If you require a step-free access route, you must book directly with Royal Collection Trust

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

How to redeem

• Exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at the Buckingham Palace Ticket Office, Gate A, Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1A 1AA. Please anticipate some queuing time
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your admission time or chosen timeslot indicated on your voucher
