• Hand‐held mobile phones may be used freely without flash for personal, non‐commercial photography
• DSLRs or larger handheld cameras are permitted subject to a camera fee
• Commercial filming or large‐scale shoots require prior permission from our Corporate Communications team. No reproduction of museum/exhibit images for commercial purposes is allowed without explicit approval
• Running, leaning on display cases, or touching exhibits is strictly prohibited—these actions risk damage, deterioration, and visitor injury
• Patrons are liable for damage costs if any artefacts are broken

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
