• Storage areas are available at the venue. Please contact staff on site for rates

• All jumpers are required to complete an online waiver

• In adventure-challenge areas (e.g. X-Park), participants are required to wear lace-up, flat-soled, and closed-toe sports shoes

• Only Jumpers above 125cm are eligible for X-PARK

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

• Please arrive at least 15 mins earlier for registration to avoid the loss of jump time

• It is recommended that anyone with individual weight-related concerns consult a physician and receive medical clearance for rigorous physical activity on an unstable surface before engaging in trampoline jumping at BOUNCE

• BOUNCE grip socks are required for this activity and are available over the counter at SGD3.20

Prohibitions & Limitations

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
• Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
