Please note that one adult, senior, or youth can supervise and accompany up to a maximum of five children of age 0–4

Reduced tickets are available on-site for groups of over 10 visitors

Outside food or beverages are prohibited with the exception of bottled water

Feeding, touching, or handling the birds and plants in the tropical plant collection is prohibited

Releasing pet birds or animals is prohibited. If you are looking to rehome a bird, please contact the admissions staff for more information

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

Photography is allowed, but taking videos and photos for commercial purposes, as well as the live broadcasting of the show is strictly prohibited
