Bizen ware hand-made pottery experience taught by a traditional craftsman (Okayama)

• Parking: 15 spaces, free, no reservations required
• What you can make and the price will vary depending on the amount of clay used.
• ■If you use 350g of clay, you can make one cup, small bowl, teacup, or small plate (12cm in diameter) ■If you use 500g of clay, you can make one beer mug, coffee cup, rice bowl, or medium plate (15cm in diameter)※ Please select option for additional 150g
• If you are interested in the following courses, please contact us on the day. ■If you use 200g of clay, you can make one cup. ■If you use 800g of clay, you can make one matcha tea bowl.
• About delivery of the work The work will be fired in a climbing kiln for 2 weeks, so you will have to wait 3 to 6 months for it to be completed. Please come to the workshop to pick it up at your convenience, or we will deliver it by mail as soon as it is completed. *Shipping fee of 1,200 yen will be charged separately (up to 4 pieces / 1 location)
• Bizen ware is a delicate piece of pottery, so there is a possibility that it may be damaged during firing. In that case, we will send you a work by a Bizen ware artist instead of the work you made.
