Big Bus London

    • After purchasing your ticket, download and open the Big Bus Tours app, tap "Add Booking," and enter your booking reference. On the day, if you have a hop-on hop-off ticket, open your bus ticket in the app and press "Activate"; for all other tickets, no activation is needed — just show your ticket in the app to the driver to board. If you run into any trouble, staff at the stop will be happy to help
    • Guests may start the tour from any stop. Please visit this page to find your nearest stop
    • Please contact the operator in advance with information about your wheelchair, including an indication of the width and weight of the chair
    • Please note that mobility scooters cannot be accommodated on board our buses at present due to size and weight

London Eye

    • Customers are required to book their London Eye time slot separately before their visit. Please click here to make a booking
    • Customers should use the voucher/ticket number starting with "77"
    • On the booking page, select Option 2 – "Find your booking using your ticket number"
    • Enter the ticket number to redeem the ticket and reserve the preferred London Eye time slot
    • After the reservation is completed, customers should save the QR code, as it will be required for entry

River Cruise

    • Please visit the booking portal and download your City Cruises ticket
    • On the day, validate this ticket (printed or on your device) with staff at a City Cruises booth before boarding the boat
    • Guests may choose to board at the Tower of London to sail to Westminster, or board at Westminster to sail to the Tower of London
    • Cruises between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier take approximately 40 minutes
