Big Bus London

• • After purchasing your ticket, download and open the Big Bus Tours app, tap "Add Booking," and enter your booking reference. On the day, if you have a hop-on hop-off ticket, open your bus ticket in the app and press "Activate"; for all other tickets, no activation is needed — just show your ticket in the app to the driver to board. If you run into any trouble, staff at the stop will be happy to help
