If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 6 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
