• Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Same price applies to all ages

• Children aged 0-3 must be accompanied by a paying adult

• Children aged 0-3 can join this activity free of charge

• Free admission for holders of disability certificates and one accompanying person.

• Seniors aged 65+ can join this activity free of charge

• Visits to this museum are not open for free exploration; all visits inside the museum require a guided explanation, and the complete guided tour takes approximately 2 hours.

• 12:00-13:00 is the lunch break for the museum area. The process hall is not open on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and after 17:00 on weekdays.
